Black
Night is Falling (live) £12.00
The long overdue live DVD is now available. It features just about
everything that Mick is currently doing, from solo acoustic to the
laid back acoustic trio and of course the full on electric band
set. Recorded and filmed in front of a capacity live audience at
one of Mick's favourite blues clubs in Bishops Stortford England.
It's certainly one of the best live performances ever from Mick
and the band with some cool laid back blues songs and some driving
blues and rock in the second half of the DVD. Completely unedited
(much to Mick's surprise) with some of Mick's usual off the wall
humour and stories, but most of all, a wonderful energetic evening
of great music and classy playing. Features Graham Walker (Drums
& Scottishness) and John (Guinness) Gordon ( Bass & Moaning
) Extra features include an interview with Mick and the band prior
to the show.
Get it now while it's hot folks !

A brand new studio album from Mick, featuring the
amazing vocal talents of Sharon Watson. A collaboration of a great
lady songstress and the unmistakable soulful guitar of Mick Abrahams.
Some truly wonderful new songs from Mick. Sharon is a former singer
with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra and has worked with Mick
as a backing vocalist for many years. In his own words. "I've
always wanted to do an album of songs that I was unlikely to sing
but thought that someone would do a great job of. At last I've found
that certain someone in the form of the delightful Sharon Watson.
I love this album and I hope you do too". Only available at

Another blast from the past ! This live bootleg recording
is from 1974 of Blodwyn Pig performing at the Marquee Club, Wardour
St London. It was during the brief reformation of the band at that
time, and features Clive Bunker on drums and all the other original
members. Don't expect the most refined sound quality as it was taken
from the sound desk. What it lacks in sound quality, it more than
makes up for in pure energy. The Blods doing what they do best,
an in yer face all out set of solid rock, blues and jazz influenced
music. Another great collectors item. Only here at Squirrel Music.
